1. Open graphic, duplicate and close original. 
Set foreground to a colour from your graphic.  I used #5c756f.
Set background to white.

2.  Add 2px border - select with magic wand.
Effects - Plugins - Super Blade Pro - preset of choice.
Selections - Invert

3.Effects - 3D Effects - Cutout

Repeat Cutout Vertical and Horizontal  -3

Select none.

4.  Add 10px border - select with magic wand.
Flood fill with foreground colour.
Select none.

5.  Add 2px border - select with magic wand.
Effects - Plugins - Super Blade Pro.
Select none.

6.  Add 15px border - select with magic wand.
Flood fill with foreground colour.
Keep selected.

7.  Effects - Plugins Eye Candy - Weave   Both versions screenshots below

Eye Candy 3

Keep selected.

8.  Effects - 3D Effects - Inner Bevel

 

Select none.

9.  Repeat Step 5.

10.  Add 20px border - select with magic wand.
Effects - Plugins - Greg's Factory Output Vol II. - Pool Shadow
Apply the default settings.
Select none.

11.Repeat Step 5.

12.  Add 25px border - select with magic wand.
Effects - Plugins - Eye Candy. Apply the same settings as in Step 7.
Keep selected.

13.  Effects - 3D Effects - Inner Bevel. Apply the same bevel as in Step 8.
Select none.

14. Repeat step 5 one final time.

I have added the corners for you in the zip file
You can use your blade pro preset on it
Feel free to use one of your choice.
