Tutorial was done using PSP9 but can easily be done using other versions.

Materials

1. Open your graphic, duplicate and close the original

Set the yellow pattern to the yellow pattern in the zip
*Re-color to suit your own graphic*
Set the background color to a dark color from your graphic

Set the foreground pattern to the gold from the zip

2. Add 2px border
Select and fill with the gold pattern
Selections - Invert

3. Effects - 3d Effects - Cutout
Select none

4. Add 1px border - background color

5. Add 2px border
Select and fill with the gold pattern
Select none

6. Add 1px border - background color

7. Add 2px border
Select and fill with the gold pattern
Select none

8. Add 15px border
Select and fill with the yellow pattern
Select none

9. Add 2px border
Select and fill with the gold pattern
Select none

10. Add 1px border - background color

11. Add 2px border
Select and fill with the gold pattern
Select none

12. Add 1px border  - background color

13. Add 2px border
Select and fill with the gold pattern
Select none

14. Add 27px border
Effects - Plugins - Filter Factory B - Seismic Twirl
Keep selected

15. Effects - 3d Effects - Inner Bevel
Select none

16. Add 2px border
Select and fill with the gold pattern
Select none

17. Add 1px border - background color

18. Add 2px border
Select and fill with the gold pattern
Select none

19 Add 1px border  - background color

20. Add 2px border
Select and fill with the gold pattern
Select none

21. Add 30px border
Select and fill with the yellow pattern
Effects - Plugins - Eye Candy 4 - Jiggle
Keep selected

22. Effects - 3d Effects - Inner Bevel
Select none

Add the supplied corners or some of your own
