did make this photo last year at Kinderdijk.
You may use
it. This is Holland at its best.
Here
my Dutch Frame in a script.
Save often.
Let's
go. Success.....
1. Foreground color to
#AC999E and Background color to #6F5F60.
2. Open MD-Dutch-scene.psp (ZIP).
Hit
shift-D to copy and close the original.
3. Open MD-Dutch-scene-2.psp (ZIP) and
copy.
This tube is made by me. You may use it, not share it.
4. Edit > Paste > Paste as a new layer.
5. Effects > 3D-effects > Drop shadow.
6. Image > Add borders > 5 Pixels >
Symmetric > Red.
7. Select  your red
border (feather 0).
8. Fill the selection with your
background color.
9. Effects > 3D-effects > Outer
bevel.
10. Effects > 3D-effects > Inner
bevel.
11. Add borders > 20 Pixels > Symmetric >
Red.
12. Select the red
border
13. Foreground color to gradient and find
Fore-Backgroundgradient.
14. Fill the selection with this gradient.
15. Add borders> 5 Pixels > Symmetric >
Red.
16. Select your
border .
17. Fill with background color.
18. Repeat the outer and inner bevel.
19. Add borderd> 20 Pixels > Symmetric >
Red.
20. Select your
border
21. Fill selection with gradient.
22. Effects > Texture-effects > Fine leather.
23. Add borders > 5 Pixels > Symmetric >
Red.
24. Select your
border.
25. Fill with background color.
26. Apply the innerbevel only.
27. Effects > 3D-effects > Drop shadow as
before.
Repeat with Vert. and Horiz. at - 2.
28. Open MD-Duch-corner.psp (ZIP).
29. Edit > Paste > Paste as a new layer.
30. Move  to
topleft.
31. Effects > 3D-effects > Same drop shadow as
before set to 2.
32. Layers > Duplicate. Layers > Mirror.
33. Layers > Duplicate. Layers > Flip.
34. Layers > Duplicate. Layers > Mirror.
35. Layers > Merge > Merge all flatten.
Your Dutch Frame is done
