Add a 1px black border 4. Add a 3px border - select and fill with the gold pattern 5. Add a 20px border using #3B3E32 or a colour of choice 6. Add a 2px border - select and fill with the gold pattern 7. Add a 1px black border 8. Add a 3px border - select and fill with the gold pattern 9. Add a 20px border using #A91F15 or a colour of choice 10. Add a 2px border - select and fill with the gold pattern 11. Selections - select all - Selections - Modify - Contract 54 - Selections - Invert 12. Effects -  Distortion Effects -  Warp - apply the following settings 13. Keep selected - Image - Mirror - then apply Simple Filters - Top Left Mirror 14. Still selected apply Filters Unlimited 2 - Buttons & Frames - Glass Frame 2 15. Select none 16. Add a 2px border - select and fill with the gold pattern 17. Add a 1px black border 18. Add a 3px border - select and fill with the gold pattern 19. Add a 40px border using #3B3E32 20. Select your last border - Effects - Distortion Effects - Warp and apply the following settings 21. Keep selected - Image - Mirror - Simple Filters - Top Left Mirror - Select none 22. Selections - Select all - Selections - Modify - Contract 40 - Invert - Apply Filters Unlimited 2 - Buttons & Frames - 3D Glass Frame 3 23. Keep selected and apply Simple Filters - Top Left Mirror - select none 24. Add a 2px border - select and fill with the gold pattern 25. Add a 1px black border 26. Add a 3px border - select and fill with the gold pattern 27. Add a 20px border using #3B3E32 or colour of choice - select and apply Filters Unlimited 2 - Buttons & Frames - 3D Glass Frame 3 28.
