Jasc Paint Shop Pro You can download a fully functional 30
day trial version ... Here
Floral Image & Gold Pattern Fill You can download both
images ... Here Unzip
and then open in PSP
Plug-In Filter - NVR BorderMania You can download the filter
... Here Unzip
and place in your PSP Plug-in Filter folder
~ Instructions ~
1. Set Foreground color to a dark color from your image ... I
used #804F53 Set your Background color to White #FFFFFF Now set your
Foreground Styles box to Pattern ... Gold Pattern Fill with the following
settings:
2. Image / Add Borders with the following settings:
3. With the Magic Wand....click
on the new border Flood Fill....with
the Gold Pattern Fill Effects / Sharpen / Sharpen Selections / Invert
4. Effects / 3D Effects / Cutout with the following settings:
5. Switch your Foreground & Background colors at the
top Image / Add Borders / Symmetric Checked / 7 (This border should be
your dark color)
6. Switch your Foreground & Background colors at the
top Image / Add Borders / Symmetric Checked / 3 (This border should be
white) With the Magic Wand....click
on the new border Flood Fill....with
the Gold Pattern Fill Effects / Sharpen / Sharpen
7. Switch your Foreground & Background colors at the
top Image / Add Borders / Symmetric Checked / 20 (This border should be
your dark color) With the Magic Wand....click
on the new border Effects / 3D Effects / Cutout with the following settings:
9. Switch Foreground & Background colors at the top Image
/ Add Borders / Symmetric Checked / 3 (This border should be white) With
the Magic Wand....click
on the new border Flood Fill....with
the Gold Pattern Fill Effects / Sharpen / Sharpen
10. Switch Foreground & Background colors at the
top Image / Add Borders / Symmetric Checked / 7 (This border should be
your dark color)
11. Effects / Plug-in Filters / NVR BorderMania / Frame #2 with
the following settings:
12. Now repeat the above NVR BorderMania treatment except this
time change the Border Width to 27 ~ Frame Width to 27
Resize your image and sharpen if necessary and we're all done
