WHAT YOU WILL NEED

1. Open up a new image 450 x 500 - flood fill white

2. Set your Styles box to Gradient and set your foreground to the Mah_Cream Satin gradient, Angle set on 90 and Repeats none

3. Add a new Raster Layer

4. Layers - Load/Save Mask - Load Mask from Disk - find and apply the sjf_blue3 mask making sure the Invert Transparency box is checked then highlight the Raster 1 layer and flood fill with the gradient

5. Highlight the Mask layer and delete

6. Highlight the Group Raster layer - right click and Merge Visible

7. Open up the breathless overlay - copy and paste as a new layer onto your image

8. Apply the following Drop Shadow

9. Open up the breathless tube, copy and paste as a new layer onto your image

10. Using your mover tool, centre the tube then you have a choice..... you can either apply the same drop shadow as in step 8 or just leave it, depends on the effect you like... I chose to add it

11. Layers - Merge - Merge Visible

12. Add a 2px white border - select and apply Blade Pro - D_Silver Shimmer preset

13. Add a 10px black border

14. Repeat step 12 only make the border 1px

15. Add a 25px black border - select - Effects - Reflection Effects - Kaleidoscope using the following settings

18. Selections - Select All - Selections - Modify - Contract 36 - Invert then apply Filters Unlimited 2 - Buttons and Frames - Glass Frame 1 changing the Frame size to 36

Select none and your all done !
