This is my first Tutorial so please be gentle.
Thank you to Sandee who encouraged me to write this after showing her the frame I made yesterday.

Supplies

Super Blade Pro
Zip - Here
Zip includes the graphic and VM Extravaganza - James Bondage

Graphic of your choice or you can use mine
 I got this one off of a graphics newsgroup and am not sure of the artist
If anyone knows please let me know and I will give the artist credit

Put the filter in your PSP Plugins folder
You will have to re-start PSP, to have it show up in your filters

Lets get started!

1. Open graphic, duplicate twice (Shift, D), close original

2. Resize one graphic image to 300 x 300
Effects - Sharpen - Sharpen
You can minimize this one no

3. Foreground set to pattern - resized graphic
Background set to white

4. Bring up the image you are going to frame

5. Add 3px border

6. Select with magic wand and apply Super Blade Pro preset of your choice
I have used a silver preset with this picture
Some graphics will lend better to another color preset

7. Selections - Invert, apply cutout as shown
 Apply another cutout this time V & H of -2
Deselect

8. Add 10px border and select with magic wand.

9. Flood fill with pattern
 Effects - Blur - Gaussian Blur - keep selected

10. Effects - Texture - Mosaic Antique
 Deselect


11. Repeat Step 5 & 6.

12. Add 15px border, select with magic wand

13. Apply VM Extravaganza - James Bondage using default settings
 I am using Filters Unlimited so your screen shot may look different than mine
 Deselect

14. Repeat Step 5 & 6.

15. Add 20px border
 Select with magic wand
 Flood fill with pattern
 Effects - Blur - Gaussian Blur (same as previous settings)
 Effects - Texture - Mosaic Antique (same as previous settings)
 Do not deselect

16. Effects - 3D Effects - Inner Bevel
 I used the Frame preset and changed the
bevel to rounded.

17. I added a corner brush and applied Super Blade Pro
 I then added a drop shadow (same settings as previous)
 You can add them or chose to omit this step.......your choice.
