WHAT YOU WILL NEED

 Zip File - HERE

 

1. Open up your graphic and add a 2px border ---> select and flood fill with the gold pattern

2. Keep selected ---> Invert and apply the following Cut-out

3. Keep selected and reapply the cut-out only this time change the Vertical and Horizontal settings to minus 2

4. Using a colour from your image add a 25px border, the colour I used was #832D654

5. Select your border  ---> Effects ---> Reflection Effects ---> Kaleidoscope at the following settings 

(depending on your image size you might like to play around with the top two settings)

6. Keep selected and apply the following Inner Bevel

7. Add a 2px border ---> select and flood fill with the gold pattern

8. Add a 2px border using your chosen colour

9. Repeat step 7

10. Add a 45px border using your chosen colour  

11. Select this layer then add a new layer

12. Layers ---> Load/Save Mask ---> Load mask from disk ---> find and apply the DM Frac1 mask ... make sure the Invert Transparency box is unchecked

13. Highlight the Raster 1 layer and flood fill the mask with the gold pattern

14. Move the highlight to the Mask Raster 1 layer ---> right click and delete this layer

15. Your highlight will now be back on the Raster 1 layer ---> selections ---> select all ---> selections ---> float ---> apply the following Drop Shadow

16. Select none then right click on the Group Raster layer and merge visible

17. Repeat step 7

18. Add a 5px border using your chosen colour ---> select and apply the following Inner Bevel

19. Repeat step 7

 

And that's it,  your all done !
