This tutorial was made with PSP 8 and assumes

that you have intermediate PSP knowledge.

You'll need to do this tutorial:

Paint Shop Pro - click here to download a trial version

Step 1 - Open a new transparent image with 100x100

Step 2 - Flood fill the image with the color of your choice,

dark colors goes better.

Step 3 - Go to Adjust - Add Noise - 20% - Gaussian &

Monochrome checked.

Step 4 - Go to Effects - Reflection Effects - Pattern

with this settings:

Step 5 - Go to Effects - Image Effects - Seamless Tile

and play with the numbers, it will depend of the color

you used here goes the settings I used to the two

tiles at the top. Use the preview panel to easier your

work:

Step 6 - Save your tile ad gif or jpg.

Finish !
