Materials
Paint Shop Pro Filter
Factory F *Filters are converted to
.8bf* FM Tile Tools
1. Open a new
image 200 x 200, transparent
2. Flood
fill the image with a color of your
choice For the background here I used
#236065
5. Effects - Plugins
- FM Tile Tools - Blend Emboss Apply the
default settings
6. Effects - Image
Effects - Seamless Tile
There you have it - some
examples of the background - I think the
blue one could have used Blend Emboss x 2 to
bring out the pattern more Experiment with
the controls of the Bubble Distort Filter for
different looks
