WHAT YOU WILL NEED

PSP 8

Supplies

Xenofex 1.0

Toadies Filters

1. Open up a new image 500 x 500 and flood fill white

2. Selections ---> Select all ---> Selections ---> Modify ---> Contract 30

3. Flood fill this section #840404 ---> Keep selected

4. Apply Xenofex 1.0 ---> Distress using the following settings

7. Apply Toadies Bitches Crystal and have both settings on 238

8. Select none

This is what it should look like now

9. Using your wand select all the white borders and flood fill them with the gold pattern provided, make sure you have a good look to see if all the white bits were selected, I had to go back and select 4 other little one's that didn't get selected first time around

10. Select none

11. Again using your wand and holding down the shift key go around your outside border and select all the red parts except for those little red squares, we want to leave those one's alone

12. Once you have them selected go Effects ---> Texture Effects ---> Mosaic Antique and apply the following settings

13. Keep selected and apply Texture Effects ---> Mosaic Glass at the following settings

14. Still selected apply the following Inner Bevel ---> select none

15. Next we want to add a 2px border  ---> select and flood fill with the gold pattern

16. Add a 10px border using #840404 ---> select ---> add a new layer then flood fill the new layer with the gold lace pattern ---> sharpen once or twice then apply a drop shadow ---> Layers ---> merge visible and apply the same Inner Bevel as in step 14 ---> Select none (you may want to add 1px border here and fill it with the gold pattern)

Ok that's the frame bit done now for the fun part

17. Using your wand click anywhere on the red section in the middle, once selected flood fill with the red heart pattern ---> keep selected and add a new layer

18. While selected apply the following cut-out

19. Keep selected and merge visible

20. Again keeping it selected go Effects ---> Illumination Effects ---> Lights and apply the following setting ( the colour is the same one we've been using #840404 ) - don't use the 4th style as the image below shows, but the 1st to get the right effect!!!

21. Select none

22. Copy and paste your tube as a new layer and position it so that it's sitting on the bottom of the frame, we want it to look like it's outside the frame, once you have it where you want it add a drop shadow

23. Add the rose's tube, again apply a drop shadow then add some sparkles..

Merge all Flatten and your all done !

Hope you enjoyed this one
