1. Open up a new image
500 x 500 and flood fill white
2.
Selections ---> Select all ---> Selections
---> Modify ---> Contract 30
3.
Flood fill this section #840404 ---> Keep
selected
4.
Apply Xenofex 1.0 ---> Distress using the
following settings

Keep selected ---> Selections ---> Modify
---> Expand 5 ---> Selections --->
Invert
6.
Flood fill this border with #840404 ---> keep
selected
7.
Apply Toadies Bitches Crystal and have both
settings on 238
8.
Select none
This
is what it should look like now
9. Using your wand
select all the white borders and flood fill them
with the gold pattern provided, make sure you
have a good look to see if all the white bits
were selected, I had to go back and select 4
other little one's that didn't get selected
first time around

Select none
11.
Again using your wand and holding down the shift
key go around your outside border and select all
the red parts except for those little red
squares, we want to leave those one's
alone

Once you have them selected go Effects --->
Texture Effects ---> Mosaic Antique and apply
the following settings

Keep selected and apply Texture Effects --->
Mosaic Glass at the following
settings

Still selected apply the following Inner Bevel
---> select none

Next we want to add a 2px border --->
select and flood fill with the gold
pattern

Add a 10px border using #840404 ---> select
---> add a new layer then flood fill the new
layer with the gold lace pattern ---> sharpen
once or twice then apply a drop shadow --->
Layers ---> merge visible and apply the same
Inner Bevel as in step 14 ---> Select
none (you may want to add 1px border here and
fill it with the gold pattern)
Ok
that's the frame bit done now for the fun part
17.
Using your wand click anywhere on the red
section in the middle, once selected flood fill
with the red heart pattern ---> keep selected
and add a new layer

While selected apply the following
cut-out
19.
Keep selected and merge visible
20.
Again keeping it selected go Effects --->
Illumination Effects ---> Lights and apply
the following setting ( the colour is the same
one we've been using #840404 ) - don't use the
4th style as the image below shows, but the 1st
to get the right effect!!!

Select none
22.
Copy and paste your tube as a new layer and
position it so that it's sitting on the bottom
of the frame, we want it to look like it's
outside the frame, once you have it where you
want it add a drop shadow
23.
Add the rose's tube, again apply a drop shadow
then add some sparkles..
Merge all Flatten and
your all done !
