*Unzip and minimize on your workspace
Graphic

1. Open your graphic, duplicate, and close original
Choose a color from your graphic and set as foreground color
Set foreground pattern to gold pattern
Set background to white

2. Add 2px border - select with magic wand
Flood fill with gold pattern
Selections - Invert

3. Effects - 3D Effects - Cutout

Repeat Cutout - Vertical and Horizontal -2
Select none

4. Add 5px border - select with magic wand
Flood fill with foreground color
Keep selected

5. Effects - Plugins - NVR Bordermania - Frame #2

Select none

6. Add 2px border - select with magic wand
Flood fill with gold pattern
Select none

7. Add 15px border - select with magic wand
Flood fill with foreground color
Keep selected

8. Effects - Plugins - Trond's Filter - Star 1
Apply the default settings
Select none

9. Add 2px border - select with magic wand
Flood fill with gold pattern
Select none

10. Add 5px border - select with magic wand
Flood fill with foreground color
Keep selected

11. Effects - Plugins - NVR Bordermania - Frame #2
Apply same settings as Step 4
Select none

12. Add 2px border - select with magic wand
Flood fill with gold pattern
Select none

13. Add 25px border - select with magic wand
Flood fill with foreground color
Keep selected

14. Effects - Plugins - Two Moons - Cut Glass

Keep selected

15. Effects - 3D Effects - Inner Bevel

Select none

16. Repeat Steps 9 - 12

17. Add 30px border - select with magic wand
Flood fill with foreground color
Keep selected

18. Effects - Plugins - Two Moons - Wish It Would Rain

Keep selected

19. Effects - 3D Effects - Inner Bevel
Apply the same bevel as Step 15

20. Add 2px border - select with magic wand
Flood fill with the gold pattern
Select none

Add the corners to your finished picture
and you are done!
